About this role

E-commerce Assistant Schedule: 3 times a week (3-5 hours per shift)

• Pick up online orders.
• Prepare and pack.
• Assist customers promptly and professionally via email and phone.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to maintain a seamless online shopping experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred (ZENDESK).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hard-working and organized with a passion for excellence.

About this role

For the role of sales associate you will work toward fostering strong relationship with the ZOMP clientele and contribute to the store sales, while assisting with cultivating a positive and goal driven work environment

You will also: 

Be present on the boutique and collaborate with the management team

Lead by example and create a positive experience for all ZOMP clients

Promote customer loyalty through a positive and professional approach to sales

Seek to engage with new clients while fostering positive relationships with existing clients

Operate as a team player, establishing positive and productive relationships with colleagues

Highly organised and effective communicator
